We are currently working with one of the nationas leading law firms who are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their award winning team based in Edinburgh.
You will provide corporate advice and support to clients on a range of matters including:
- M&A
- Corporate Finance
- Private Equity
- Financing
- Capital Markets
- Restructuring
- Corporate Recovery Candidate
It is important that you have strong communication skills, have a 'can do' attitude and be 'commercially minded'.
