​John is the Director of Venari Finance whose specialist market is senior finance appointments predominantly across Scotland but also across the UK. He has worked within the recruitment sector for the past ten years firstly for a global plc and latterly a respected boutique firm. John specialises in the identification of “next generation” talent within the qualified finance sector and has built a first class reputation by delivering an honest and transparent service to both candidates and clients alike. John has worked with a broad and varied portfolio of clients ranging from FTSE 100 to privately owned family organisations. Lynsey is the Director of Venari International with over 12 years of experience specialising within the offshore markets of the Channel Islands and Luxembourg. Lynsey recruits across all levels within Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Corporate Services, Trust, Fiduciary, Audit, Tax and Finance. Working with globally renowned Fund, Corporate and Fiduciary Management companies, Public Practice and Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt Asset Management firms she is highly respected and sought after within her field with clients and candidates alike both in the locations in which she operates and with those who wish to make a global move. ​Victoria joins us having recently ran her own business for the last 5 years. Before having children she worked in Sales and Marketing for health clubs and lead several national campaigns in this field. Her academic achievements include an honours degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Sport Science, both gained from Edinburgh University. ​Victoria is really excited to be coordinating Venari's social media and marketing such a specialised recruitment service. ​​​
