Our client is a leading Scottish law firm who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (1 - 3PQE) to join their Corporate team based in Glasgow.
The team act on complex Corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance & investment, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance for clients across a range of sectors.
You will need to have gained experience within a corporate team since qualifying. This is an opportunity to have exposure to excellent corporate work but also able to offer a strong work/life balance.
