Venari Recruitment is currently working on a new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor/Associate to join an exceptional Scottish law firm based at their office in Glasgow.
Applicants will ideally have over 4 years of relevant experience gained in corporate M&A work with a similar firm. Additional experience in corporate finance and private equity would be beneficial but not essential.
The firm's Corporate lawyers work with clients across a broad range of sectors advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
The work on offer covers the following areas: M&A (private company, cross border and public takeovers) Corporate Finance (equity capital markets and listed company advisory work) Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Corporate Governance.
