Leading international law firm is looking to hire an additional Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their highly successful Scottish team. This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with flexible/blending working involved.
The Finance & Banking team delivers high quality advice to a wide variety of lenders and borrowers across the UK working with an outstanding roster of panel appointments for banks, insurers and funds. The group's strength and market position emanates from a unrivalled experience in a wide range of finance work including corporate banking, acquisition finance, property finance, project finance, asset finance, shipping, social housing finance, oil and gas finance.
The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of finance work as part of a large, motivated team. This will include acting for lenders and borrowers you will be responsible for all aspects of lending transactions. You will also be involved in marketing and business development initiatives.
You will have at least 3 years PQE experience in a broad range of finance work in a similar legal environment. For more information then please apply today.
