We are seeking to recruit a Property Paralegal to join an award winning Real Estate team in Glasgow.
You will be dealing with all aspects of real estate legal issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development (including regeneration projects) and the creation and treatment of all kinds of investments. You will be acting for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector.
You will act as an extension to the fee earning team and support the operational functioning of the Real Estate and Real Estate team, providing a high standard of service delivery to both internal and external clients, in line with best practice.
You will work for one of the UK's leading law firms and be expose to their existing and fast growing client portfolio. The work will mainly involve commercial landlord and tenant law in the context of telecommunications mast sites including site acquisitions, upgrades, renewals, and general estates matters.
