We are thrilled to be working on a retained basis with one of our key clients. As the business continues to flourish they are now looking to recruit a Head of Sales to complement their dynamic leadership team.
Reporting directly into the CEO this newly created role offers the opportunity to be part of a business that is set for exponential growth with ambitions to quadruple turnover in the next 3 years.
The role requires someone with proven leadership skills ideally from an Engineering or Rail background who posses the following qualities:
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
- Very strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to meet and beat deadlines
You will be responsible for the Sales, BD and Marketing teams and be expected to lead from the front when it comes to sales. The clients high value product line is unique (and patented) with a global demand that keeps increasing every month.
