We are delighted to be retained to find a Head of Marketing for a newly created role with an exciting and rapidly expanding organisation.
Our client is looking to hire a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for leading all of their marketing & sales activities. This role will report directly to the recently appointed CEO and will provide the opportunity to ultimately become the Director of Marketing & Sales.
As a successful hire into this brand new role you will be responsible for implementing and developing all marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building both awareness and positioning for the company's brands. You will also be leading the sales team to develop a pricing strategy that will help them maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organising company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
To be considered for this position, you will need a relevant degree in business, marketing or communications. You will also need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
