We are delighted to bring to market a new and retained role with an exciting Scottish business with a global reach. After undergoing an impressive period of growth and demand for its products the organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Finance for this newly created role.
The successful person will be an integral part of the senior leadership team working alongside and reporting directly into the recently appointed CEO. You will assume full fiscal responsibility for all of the companies within the group and will act as the go to person in all matters finance.
The company has highly ambitious growth plans both domestically and internationally so needs an individual who matches their aspirations and who also has the ability to evolve with the business during this exciting period of growth. There is a clear path to Finance Director if you can deliver on what is needed and the growth objectives of the organisation are achieved.
In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant with a track record of success in your career. You should be comfortable operating as the number one in Finance and also relish the opportunity of building a team that is able to support the whole group. This is a hands on role that will initially require a root and branch approach and therefore needs someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the function in order to best decide on what is needed for the team and the business to grow.
