We are currently recruiting for a leading Scottish law firm who are looking for a solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their expanding employment team based in Glasgow.
You will be responsible for representing Claimant and Respondent clients in a range of Employment Tribunal cases as well as providing advisory services. You will aim to provide a positive and supporting relationship with clients as well as the employment team. You will be based in the city centre of Glasgow and offer the clients the highest level of expertise in a caring and compassionate way.
You will be managing a diverse caseload of contentious employment work across all employment tribunal proceedings including drafting, taking witness statements and appearing in court.
Ideally you will be between 0 - 4 PQE and have a solid understanding of Scottish employment law.
