Conveyancing Solicitor

Venari Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a leading law firm in Scotland who are going through a period of growth. They are currently looking for Conveyancing Solicitors based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Aberdeen.
You will be working as part of a large conveyancing team but will be working out of small focus teams in each location who specialise in all aspects of conveyancing working on transactions from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Managing a high-volume caseload
- Providing excellent client service
- Working within a dynamic team
Requirements
- Have excellent knowledge of current residential conveyancing law
- Have some of PQ experience
- Well organised
- Have good time management skills
- Have good communication skills
- Work effectively on your own as well as with other team members
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding law firm. The right candidate will have a great organisation and the ability to manage their caseload. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with being highly numerate with the ability to read and assimilate complex written information.
