We are delighted and proud to be retained by Strathberry, the luxury fashion brand based in Edinburgh, to find their new Chief Financial Officer.
Founded in 2013, Strathberry has quickly developed into one of the fastest growing and most appealing luxury fashion brands in the UK. Placed as a high as 16 th on the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, the brand now has a level of international awareness to enable the ambitious and talented team to achieve the next growth stage, with an aspiration to quadruple brand turnover by 2025.
This is an exciting time for Strathberry as it continues to build on its dynamic brand and flourishing reputation. Recent investment and expansion of the business facilitate the need to appoint a Chief Financial Officer with a strong understanding of Ecommerce to support and help to deliver its ambitious growth aspirations.
The Chief Financial Officer will play a leading role within Strathberry. You will have a strong presence in leading and implementing change to set the organisation up for growth. Ideally but not essentially operating from the Head Office in Edinburgh, you will be part of the Executive Team and report directly to the CEO, acting as a key player in helping to shape the direction of the brand. This role is global in outlook and will be responsible for all Board reporting and investor information.
In overseeing the Finance and Operations functions, you will be required to continuously monitor internal processes and investigate efficiency and cost-saving opportunities to support the expansion of the brand. You will evaluate and help drive strategic objectives, whilst providing financial information to feed directly into the long-term business strategy.
